Support groups & hotlines 

Finding help can be difficult, but this is true for both men and women. Below you can find various helplines and other online sources of help. The most important thing you can do is to not give up. You are just as important as everyone else. If you feel that one resource wasn’t very helpful, try another. 

As much as possible, resources listed below are either geared specifically toward men, or have track records of being able to help men as much as they can help women.
